Your parcel will be dispatched with Royal Mail on a tracked. and signed service and should reach you within 2-3 days. * Delivery times may vary depending on your area and during peak times. We will email you with shipping details once your parcel has been dispatched. At present we do not ship outwit the UK. Should you require a faster service please call us on 01292 475075
Returns Policy
We’d love for you to be completely happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t suit. We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 working days. All garments should have their tags still attached and shoes should be returned in their original box. Items returned without original tags and boxes cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
To return an item
In order to return an item please telephone the store 01292 475075 and you will beallocated a returns number.

Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You are welcome to hand deliver your item to our store.
Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used when originally purchasing the item. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of your parcel for your refund to be processed. If returning your parcel to our store please be aware that your refund cannot be made in store.
Faulty Products
We will always take care to send you perfect items, however if you believe an item to be faulty please advise us by telephone 01292 475075 and you will be given a return number.
We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned and confirmed as faulty. We will refund postage on faulty items.
